A gentle and relaxed outdoor Hatha yoga class which includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, helping to bring peace to mind and body. The class may also include some Yin and Restorative poses and some slow Hatha flows. This class is perfect for you if you are a complete beginner, still relatively new to yoga, or, if you enjoy a more relaxed style of yoga where you can hold postures for longer and find some stillness within your practice. Sessions will be held on the lawn at the front of Wollaston Therapy Centre. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time. Please bring a yoga mat with you. Spare mats are available upon request. You may also like to bring your own blanket and pillow for use during relaxation. Any other equipment required for the practice e.g. blocks, bricks and yoga straps will be provided by the teacher. Classes are always weather permitting. If the session needs to be cancelled due to rain then a full refund can be given or you can carry your pass over to the next class.
Spaces can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the class start time for a full refund or the ability to book onto another class without additional charge. You can cancel your session via the website by logging in to the member area, or via Happy You Yoga on the Wix app. If you want to reschedule your session you can only do this via the website currently. The session will only run if there are 3+ people booked on, to ensure I am able to cover venue costs. I will cancel the session if I have not achieved the minimum number of bookings by 3 hours before the start time and will issue a refund to anyone booked on.
