About the Event
A lovely long weekend wellness retreat in beautiful Tiverton, Devon. We will be staying at the truly gorgeous Middle Coombe Farm. We will be sleeping in the Farmhouse and Allensdown Barn, and practice yoga each day in Cider Barn.
Middle Coombe Farm is set within 700 acres of private grounds and woodland! The Farmhouse has various rooms for us to relax and spend time together in, including a farmhouse kitchen, library & playroom, and drawing room. There is a heated pool, hot tub and courtyard within the grounds, with plenty of woodland for us to explore.
We will enjoy daily yoga practices together, as well as workshops, mindful woodland walks, Indian Head Massages and yummy food!
There will also be plenty of 'free time' to spend as you wish - perhaps you will want to just chill out in our beautiful accommodation, or you may wish to get out and about and explore the local area.
Yoga practices will include a mixture of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and mindfulness meditations. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome, including beginners.
You will receive beautiful Indian Head Massage treatments with Sam from Wild Bracken Wellbeing, who is co-hosting this retreat with Georgina from Happy You Yoga.
You will be able to arrive from 3.00 on Thursday 18th May 2023. We will have a welcome session early evening on Thursday (approx 5.45pm) before enjoying a lovely meal together. Our final yoga session will be on Sunday 21st May 2023 morning, before packing up and saying our goodbyes at Midday.
Cost includes accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), yoga sessions, workshops and other activities, plus an Indian Head Massage.
Payment & cancellation policy:
- A £165 deposit is due upon booking to secure your space- this payment is non-refundable
- A further payment of £165 will be due on 28th February 2023 (via bank transfer- details will be provided)
- Final balance payment is due by 20 April 2023 (via bank transfer- details will be provided)- this can be split into two payments (at end of March and April) if you would like.
- Cancellations 4 weeks prior to event start date will be entitled to a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit and a £20 admin fee)
- Cancellations after 4 weeks are non-refundable (the full balance would be payable)
- If the host needs to cancel the event due to not having enough bookings or due to an unforeseen circumstance you will receive a refund of any monies paid
