Are you feeling in need of some R&R?
We all need some time just for us….life can get so busy we often forget to just stop, breathe, and be!
Come and join me at York Cottage Spa in Bozeat, near Wellingborough, for an afternoon of yoga, relaxation, yummy food, and likeminded company. You will also receive a gorgeous 20-minute massage from York Cottage :-)
Arrival time will be 11.45am to get settled in for yoga at 12pm. The retreat will finish at 5.45pm with a departure time by 6pm.
Afternoon tea will be after yoga, at approximately 1.30pm/1.45pm (a finalised schedule will be provided nearer the time). You will be able to relax and use the spa facilities after eating, and enjoy a massage if you would like one.
