Are you feeling in need of some R&R? Fancy taking a day just for you ahead of the Christmas rush?!
We all need some time just for us….life can get so busy we often forget to just stop, breathe, and be!
Come and join me at York Cottage Spa in Bozeat, near Wellingborough, for an afternoon of yoga, relaxation, yummy food, and likeminded company. You will also receive a gorgeous 20-minute massage from York Cottage :-)
Arrival time will be 11.45am to get settled in for yoga at 12pm. The retreat will finish at 5.45pm with a departure time of 6pm.
A grazing board lunch will be available after the first yoga session, at approximately 1.00/1.15pm. You will be able to relax and use the spa facilities after lunch and enjoy a massage if you would like one.
