Hey everyone - hope you are well?
So, now the new booking system has been up and running for a month here are a few tips and pointers when it comes to booking onto classes, as it has of course been a learning curve for me too!!!:
* Bookings for classes opens 8 days before the class start time e.g. for the Monday 7.00pm class, bookings opens the Sunday the week before at 7.00pm.
* You can book onto classes either via the website bookings page (https://www.happyyouyoga.co.uk/book-online) or via this app.
* If you are booking in yourself plus a guest(s) then you will need to book via the website, not the app.
* You can cancel your session up to 3 hours before class for a full refund. You can cancel sessions to get a refund by logging in on the website and going to your bookings, or cancelling through the app. I will be notified that you have cancelled and will issue your refund via PayPal or onto your card, depending on how you paid.
* If you want to cancel and reschedule to another class, rather than just cancelling and getting a refund, you will need to do this via the website, not the app.
* You can only go onto the waiting list for classes via the app.
* There have been a couple of instances whereby the first person on the waiting list has been notified by Wix but then not been able to book on - I have emailed Wix about this. At the moment I will do what I can to sort this out my end, if someone cancels, and speak to anyone on the waiting list to add them to class!
* For PayPal payments please note you have to click on the PayPal option and then click on the pay now button- you will then be redirected to PayPal.
* If you are unable to come to class and it is past the refund period I would still appreciate you letting me know you cannot make it, so that the space can be offered to the people on the waiting list- thank you. I of course know that this is not always possible and that life happens!
* Please remember to complete the health questionnaire if you have not done a class with me before. This was always important but even more so now as I need to have everyone’s contact details on record re: Covid-19.
