Classes next week and Merry Christmas!

Good morning everyone! Happy Sunday.....or whatever day it is 😂.... Whilst we are, quite surprisingly, still in Tier 2, I also am very aware that pretty much every county around us (bar Oxfordshire) went into Tier 4 at midnight. I have been sitting here this morning wondering what to do for the best. Whilst I am reassured that you know you all have the option to cancel your booking for community classes next week, should you wish to, I also do not want it to be a decision you feel you have to make. I want us all to remain healthy so that we can have some semblance of a Christmas and get rid of this bloody year!! 😂 I will probably be drinking gin....lots of gin!! So, to that end, and as much as I am sooo disappointed, I will not be running community classes next week. I feel that this is the right decision, as rubbish as it is, to keep us and our loved ones/communities safe. I will however be offering online classes on Monday and Wednesday evening (at 7.00pm), for anyone who would like to join me. I appreciate this will not be for everyone, but hopefully come the New Year we will know the lay of the land and get back to seeing each other in person again ASAP. I know our Christmases will not be the same this year, but let’s be grateful for what we do have and try and make the best of things. Eat those chocolates, have all the alcohol you please (within reason!) and try and laugh as much as you possibly can- watch that ridiculous video on YouTube, tell each other jokes, whatever you need to do to laugh. And can I just take this opportunity to say thank you. As I write this message I can feel myself getting emotional, as I really cannot express how grateful I am to all of you for attending my classes and for all of the support you have given me this year. I know there are 100’s of yoga teachers around and the fact that you have chosen me is amazing. I am a new yoga teacher, as you know, so everything has been a learning curve for me and you have all allowed me to be myself and make silly mistakes at times without any judgement. I am loving the yoga tribes we are building, in both Wollaston and Braunston. Hearing everyone say hello to each other and laugh during class is so heartwarming.....community is everything ❤️ Here’s to a much more positive 2021!! Sending my love to you all x x (P.s. I will get organised this afternoon and process refunds and put the new online classes on the schedule for those of you that want to book. I have my Sleep Recovery workshop this morning (excited!) and then will crack on with it! Please remember that Stripe (card) refunds will not show up straight away in your bank, but rest assured I will process all of the refunds today 😘). (P.p.s. I had prepared small presents for you all and know some of you have had them and others have not (as I was going to give the rest next week 🙈), so I will save them as a New Year gift instead ☺️).
