Hey everyone! Happy Sunday :-) So, this week we focussed on being present, grounding and finding joy in our day to day lives. I loved talking about these themes this week. I just wanted to share some info on Muladhara (root) chakra- which we tapped into when doing the grounding poses in class (mountain pose, 5-pointed star, triangle and warrior 2) - and Svadhisthana (sacral) chakra - which we covered when doing the hip openers at the end of class, plus the back bend- the standing postures of course also allowed an opening into the hips!
