Morning all, I hope you are keeping well? So for those of you who joined me this week we did sun salutation C (well a variation of). My challenge for you this week is to do 3 sun salutations a day. You may choose to do these in the morning when you first get up, in the middle of the day to give yourself a lift or at the end of the working day. I would not do too close to bed. Whilst sun salutation C is not as energetic as some of the others, it is still better to do more passive stretching before bedtime, rather than a flow! I forgot to say in the video that if you find the step through from downward facing dog into lunch too much then you can always drop the knees down from downward facing dog and then send the right foot forward in between the hands from here 👍
