Morning all, I hope you are keeping well? So for those of you who joined me this week we did sun salutation C (well a variation of). My challenge for you this week is to do 3 sun salutations a day. You may choose to do these in the morning when you first get up, in the middle of the day to give yourself a lift or at the end of the working day. I would not do too close to bed. Whilst sun salutation C is not as energetic as some of the others, it is still better to do more passive stretching before bedtime, rather than a flow!
