So, following last nights announcement, this is what I have been advised by my professional body.
The earliest date that in-person classes can return back is the 17th May, and that is if everything goes to plan! Whilst gyms are re-opening on the 12th April, this is for individuals and household groups only- no group classes.
I should be able to offer outdoor classes from the 29th March, so if we have a lovely April and early May, which has happened in previous years I will defo offer these. Outdoor classes were so lovely last year!!!
It also looks like I can get back to teaching indoor 1:1‘s from 12th April! ✨
✨ So, online classes are here to stay for the next few months, with hopefully some outdoor classes scattered in somewhere!
Remember that you can always contact me directly to have 1:1 yoga or yoga therapy, if group classes are not for you. I offer this online currently.
