I wanted to share that I am running a weekend retreat in Norfolk, from the 18th to 20th November 2022!
My previous day retreat attendees got first dibs, so there are now just 3 spaces left:
1 x single occupancy space with shared bathroom (sharing with just one other room).
2 x shared spaces in a twin room with shared bathroom (the hosts, i.e. me and my good friend who is helping out over the weekend, will be sleeping in the mezzanine above you and we will all share a bathroom).
A non-refundable deposit of £125 is payable to secure your space and then the rest of the cost will be spread over two payments in August and September 2022.
Come along and enjoy some time and space away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Over the weekend in this beautiful setting you will enjoy twice daily yoga, workshops, countryside walks, yummy food and some much needed 'me time'.
