I loved seeing my Monday evening yogis for class! I feel so blessed to have met so many fab people and already feel sad that I am not going to see you all face-to-face for a little while, but what a lovely little yogi community we are building ♡︎ So, what I would like to know from you all is what would help you most during lockdown? I would really love to support you to keep yoga in your life during these next 4 weeks....to support you physically, mentally and spiritually. Is it...... Live yoga classes? Videos of different durations i.e. 15, 30, 45 min and full hour classes? That you can do in your own time? Audio only classes? Audio meditations? Music playlists? Group “wellness sessions”, where we come together to discuss different topics? Home practice support? Little challenges for accountability? Yoga philosophy discussions? YIN & GIN SESSION?!!
